Refund & Exchange Policy

You can return your item for REFUND or EXCHANGE only within 14 days from the purchase date for all orders placed domestically within Japan/Hong Kong or internationally. Here’s how:


  • Make sure the items are in the same condition that you had received.
  • Send an email application for REFUND or EXCHANGE with reasons to
  • We will get in contact with you within 24 hours and provide you with a return address (Please use a provider with tracking service) 

Please also note that:

  • The new bracelets will be on its way once we’ve received your item for EXCHANGE
  • We can only accept REFUND if the bracelet is unused, please make sure to return the bracelet with original packaging in new condition.
  • We can only accept one EXCHANGE per order.
  • Shipping expenses will be charged for both REFUND and EXCHANGE. (Except for bracelets with defects. Replacement service for defective bracelets is free)
  • we are not responsible for any damages or lost packages during the returns process. (Please use a provider with tracking service!!)
